The artwork was created as part of the 'OZ' street culture festival, on the territory of the city-forming textile manufactories of Savva Timofeyevich Morozov. The image represents a moire pattern (a pattern on fabric that arises from the overlay of two periodic mesh-like designs), the shape of which imitates places where the plaster has peeled off. The moire, like exposed brick, breaking through numerous layers of paint, recalls the historical purpose of this building and the activities that took place there over several centuries.
